Dillon Logan Adkins

Logan Adkins joined the Prevention Coalition board in March of 2023. As a native Logan Countian, he
saw firsthand the obstacles facing his community, and he developed a passion for giving back. After
graduating from Logan High School in 2013, he attended Southern West Virginia Community and
Technical College and West Virginia University, where he studied West Virginia History, Political Science,
and Philosophy. While attending college, Logan worked for the West Virginia State Treasurer’s Office.
When he returned to his hometown, Logan looked for ways to get involved with the organizations that
are making a difference and found his way to the Prevention Coalition. He believes that, through
collective efforts between community members, leaders, agencies, and organizations, no problem is too
great for Logan County. Logan currently coaches tennis at Logan High School, and he serves as the
director of the Logan County Family Resource Network.
