The Helping Hand Hub is a welcoming center dedicated to strengthening our community through kindness, connection, and service. As a central resource hub, it links individuals in need with volunteers, essential services, and meaningful opportunities to uplift and empower.
Operated in partnership with Community Bridges Inc., the Hub offers a wide range of household essentials—including furniture, cleaning supplies, and everyday necessities—to those facing difficult times.
There are no income requirements to receive assistance. Individuals must present a valid photo ID and proof of residence. Intakes are quick and simple, but must be completed in person at the Prevention Coalition office.
At its core, the Helping Hand Hub is a beacon of compassion, working to build a stronger, more supportive community—one helping hand at a time.
